First Trip to the Dentist

We have been talking a lot of going to the dentist. We have been brushing a lot and focusing on getting our teeth clean. Charlie has been very excited! Chip had his appointment first. Charlie was pretty bored with that and did not seem to have a problem waiting for his turn. When it came time for his turn he wanted nothing to do with it. He would not even sit in the chair, of course Stella did and got to turn and go up and down. It finally came down to laying on Chip's lap and then having his head on the Hygentist's lap. He really liked the spit sucker and thought it was pretty cool when he got his "teeth painted" (flouride put on them). Teeth looked good but they could sure tell he used a pacifier (nuchy is what we call it). We have been telling Charlie that when he is 3, 4 days from now, he has to say "bye bye nuchies". He tells us that he will say "hello nuchies". The dentist confirmed that we need to say "bye bye nuchies" so we will see!
